VMUS follows a three-stage escalation process:
Stage 1: An alternate VMUS consultant is assigned.
Stage 2: The matter is escalated to VMUS leadership for resolution within 24 hours.
Stage 3: If the issue remains unresolved, a full refund for the relevant assignment is processed.
What if some documents or information are missing?+
Your VMUS consultant will identify any missing documents or information required to proceed.
The committed delivery timeline starts once all necessary inputs have been received.
